John: This is Must-Know Polish Slang Words and Phrases, Season 1, Lesson 24. In this lesson, you'll learn more slang used in school.
John: These are expressions used mostly by young people or teenagers. You will encounter these mostly in schools.

John: Marzena, what's our first expression?
Marzena: ściema
John: It doesn't have a literal meaning. But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "fake."
Marzena: [SLOW] ściema [NORMAL] ściema

John: Use this expression when you want to say that someone or something is fake.
John: Now, let's hear an example sentence.

John: It literally means "short from narazie "see you later," but when it's used as a slang expression, it means "see you."
